PART1

Hi VALUE App Connection Tutorial

Download APP

First, download the Hi VALUE App from App Store, Google Play, or Android Store, complete registration, and log in for the first time

Step 2: Power on Vacuum Pump and Confirm Bluetooth Activation

Power on the VP8DSV Smart Vacuum Pump to enter standby mode, and confirm the wireless Bluetooth function is activated (default auto-start when powered on);

Step 3: Bluetooth Connection with Vacuum Gauge

Long press the [△ Up Button] on the vacuum pump to search for VMV1S2 Smart Vacuum Gauge and wait for pairing. When the pump screen displays "Find", it indicates successful detection and connection with the vacuum gauge device!

Step 4: Connect to Mobile App

Open Hi VALUE App, enter the "Home" interface, click "+" to search for available devices, locate the corresponding VP8DSV Smart Vacuum Pump, and click "+" to wait for successful connection.

Step 5: Vacuuming Function Setup

Click the "VP8DSV Smart Vacuum Pump" icon to enter the vacuuming interface, then click "Settings" in the upper right corner to preset target values including minimum vacuum level and pressure holding time. Return to the home interface to start operation, with real-time status synced to your mobile device for effortless smart management.

Step 6: Generate Professional Data Report

One-touch recording of measurement data after operation completes, automatically generating professional reports and work logs for quick saving/sharing, enabling convenient task management and providing reliable diagnostic references for subsequent system measurements.

PART2

Oil Change Detection Mode Tutorial

Step 1: Power on Device and Confirm Bluetooth Activation

Power on the VP8DSV Smart Vacuum Pump to enter standby mode, and confirm the wireless Bluetooth function is activated (default auto-start when powered on);

Step 2: Bluetooth Connection with Vacuum Gauge

Same as above: Long press the [△ Up Button] on the vacuum pump to search for VMV1S2 Smart Vacuum Gauge and complete pairing!

Step 3: Activate Oil Change Detection Mode

Long press the [OILTEST] button for over 3 seconds to enter oil change detection mode, then briefly press the [START button] to initiate oil change detection.

Step 4: Determine Oil Change Necessity

If vacuum level reaches below 100 microns within 1min, "PASS" display indicates good oil condition - no change needed! "FAIL" display suggests replacing vacuum pump oil.

 *Operation Tips

1. Maintain Bluetooth connection within 50m between mobile device, VP8DSV Smart Vacuum Pump and VMV1S2 Smart Vacuum Gauge;

2. Ensure App-connected devices have corresponding Bluetooth addresses;

3. Recommended oil change detection frequency: every 3 months, or when oil appears cloudy/vacuuming performance declines significantly.
